1. Days 2 3 & 4 Progress

    So I’ve kept up with my running and stretching three days in a row which feels great!

    Also I’ve been keeping careful track of my calorie intake.

     - - Day 2 : around 1200 calories, ran 4 miles

     - - Day 3 : around 1400 calories, ran 4 miles

     - - Day 4 : 1200 calories, ran 4 miles

    I’m going to stretch, green tea, and then sleep - - Night

    Here is the link for the recipe.  I found it on pinterest and I think that it may be more calories if you add icing but still not very much (under 100 depending on how much you use).  Her website has a lot of great recipes - including some healthy light options and single serving recipes.  Hope this helps : )
